Consent to personal data processing and to the informing of the data subject
Consent to the acquisition and use of people's images 

I hereby grant the company FILMFEST, s.r.o, Zlín, Kudlov, Filmová 174, postal code: 760 01, Company Registration Number: 262 73 365, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno under File no. C 41255 (hereinafter "Administrator") consent

             to process my personal data, including my name and surname, email contact;

Personal data is processed for the sending of Festival newsletters, the sending of information related to the Festival, as well as other necessary activities related to my participation in the Festival. The period of processing of personal data is 10 years from the date of consent, and for the purposes of informing the participants on other activities and sending news with regard to FILMFEST, s.r.o.. As a provider of personal information, I have the right to ask the administrator at any time to delete this information from the database by sending a request for this deletion to gdpr@zlinfest.cz.  This request must be met.

The data subject acknowledges that the subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, request information from the Administrator about the scope of the data processed by the Administrator, request access to these data and update or correct these data, and the right to request the deletion of such personal data. Furthermore, the data subject is entitled to object to the processing of personal data. In the event of any doubt as to the fulfillment of the obligations related to the processing of personal data, the data subject is entitled to contact the Administrator or the supervisory authority, namely the Personal Data Protection Office. Data subjects declare that they have been adequately acquainted with their rights with regard to the processing of personal data, that the above personal data are accurate and true, and that they are provided to the Administrator voluntarily.
